From Falafel Houz to The Asia Fusion.
The Asia Fusion Grimsby began as Falafel Houz, a small Mediterranean kitchen serving the Grimsby community. As our family continued to grow the business, we saw an opportunity to bring more of who we are, what we cook, and what our customers love to the same neighbourhood location.
Today, we have evolved into The Asia Fusion Grimsby, an open kitchen where customers can see their food being prepared fresh. We still keep our Mediterranean roots, including familiar favourites, but we have expanded the menu to bring in some of the best-loved dishes from The Asia Fusion: Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, and other Asian-inspired flavours.
Our goal is simple: more choice, fresh cooking, bold flavours, and food made with care. We are a small family-run kitchen, but we want every order to feel generous, welcoming, and worth coming back for.
